Decistor SPS is a dynamic program working on particle level.
While running, the Simulator managed by the Scheduler is "pulling" particle-streams, taken from Heaps through the Flowchart with Unit Operations.
These activities are representing in real life: taking particles from a heap and processing these particles in a plant with all kind of mutually connected machinery.
On this page you will find some short demos. Klicking once will open them on this page. Double clicking will open a bigger screen on Youtube.
Flowcharts are representing plants, also called MRF's (Mateial Recovery Facilities). The demo shows the modification of a flowchart.
Heaps are compiled from particles with their properties. The user interface facilitates that not all information should be given on particle level. In the "heap composition mode" the user can modify the pie chart.
The scheduler connects heaps with a certain mass to a chosen flowchart over a certain time frame with a certain flow.
The simulator runs the particle streams, taken from the heaps over the flowchart. During this process at all places in the chart real time information can be gathered.
The report generator shows technical and economical data after a run of the simulator.
