Experience

 Decistor is owned by Robert Leeftink. He started his professional career as management consultant at Delft Hydraulics and Geodelft. Afterwards he worked as management consultant for the Province of North-Holland and was in charge of the process of privatizing the waste management activities. These were privatized in 1993. From then Mr. Leeftink was general manager of this company "Afvalzorg" (Waste Care) until 1999. During this period the company grew to a turnover of $ 50 million and a net profit of $ 10 million with 120 employees.  As chairman of the landfill sector of the national branch organization on waste management Mr. Leeftink was involved with redevelopment of the market. From July 2000 to July 2006 he was manager of GP Groot Waste Management: a private owned company in collection, recycling and land filling. 

Robert Leeftink is educated as B.A. Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at the Amsterdam institute of Technology and achieved his M.Sc. in Business economics at the Amsterdam University.
